Located across from the Beacon Mall in Alexandria, VA viewers were in awe of the transformation of this 2 story mixed use structure.  The existing building which housed a collectibles store on the first floor and an electric company on the second floor, lacked natural light and exterior aesthetics. With the use of over 25 different styles of lighting, a renovation to the interior and the expansion of the existing windows, AMAR Group, LLC transformed this structure from a painted masonry building to what now reflects a corporate image of strength and humanity. 

The AMAR Group also provided construction management  services, which led the project to completion on time and under budget.  The mechanical, plumbing and electrical documents  where provided by George Worsley & Associates.
