Genell Anderson
 

Ms. Anderson is a graduate of Tulane University School of Architecture in New Orleans, Louisiana.  She has extensive experience in a wide cross section of the architecture and engineering design industry.  Her experience covers new design and renovation as well as adaptive reuse for most building types.

She is a certified independent building inspector with the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs and a registered architect in the District of Columbia and has recived numerous awards and recongnition for her work in the city.

 Milton Evering, PE


Mr. Evering graduated from Howard University after receiving a degree in Engineering Technology at Algonquin College, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  He is adept in design and analysis of structures and sites and experienced in concrete and reinforcing steel, bridge engineering, and fill and soils inspection.  He is also familiar with mortar and soils testing.  In addition to structural building designs he has also designed highway ramps and interchanges, drainage systems and has completed numerous site surveys.  Mr. Evering served as consultant to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and has worked in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, New York and Virginia on various disaster projects, with particular expertise in design and estimates to return the structures to pre-disaster conditions. 

 

Apart from structural design, Mr. Evering is a proficient civil engineer. 

 He is registered with the District of Columbia Department of Regulatory Affairs as an independent building inspector and serves as the construction administrator for AMAR Group, LLC.
