In many cases, it is possible for AMAR Group LLC to use blueprints drawn up by another company to build your house or building. We will first need to review your blueprints to ensure they are up to our high quality standards, and may have to modify them somewhat or suggest some changes necessary to ensure we are satisfied that your structure will be safe and strong. Our experience has taught us that it is often more costly and time consuming to work this way however, and many of our clients choose to have us draw up the blueprints to ease up the process and lower the cost of their project.
AMAR Group LLC has in its employ several certified and qualified contractors that will expertly and efficiently oversee the progress of construction. We believe in only allowing certified individuals to perform this important role, and guarantee that the contractor we assign to your project will keep you informed every step of the way and consult you as required as well as answer any question you may have, which means you will at all times be in charge of your project.
We are excited to announce that AMAR Group, LLC. was selected by Children’s National Hospital to support their efforts in renovating interior environments throughout the DC area.
ARHA retained AMAR Group in June 2021 as Project Managers for a fast-track renovation of 38 Park Place and 5 Saxony Square units to create market-rate quality with a 20-year viability. AMAR served as Construction Managers for ARHA’s repositioning strategy under HUD Section 18 qualification. The project consisted of level 2 renovation of all units, phasing and resident relocation during construction. Our team developed a Scope of Work, specifications and material boards using ARHA’s vendors to ensure product delivery during construction.
