Overview

AMAR Group, LLC, was selected to undertake a series of renovations and security upgrades across multiple sites for Children’s National Hospital and its associated clinics. This comprehensive project includes renovating administrative spaces, health support areas, exam suites, and security enhancements at the CNPA Ft. Davis Clinic, SE. The projects utilized SiteScape 3D technology to scan and record existing conditions accurately, facilitating efficient design and construction processes. Enhanced fire safety measures and adherence to stringent fire norms were integral to the project’s success.

Ft. Davis, SE DC: The renovation projects combined adjacent suites to create cohesive office spaces, open workstations, and huddle areas with adjustable conference tables. And enhanced fire safety measures. Security enhancements at the CNPA Ft. Davis Clinic included a reception desk security screen and access control measures for exam rooms, ensuring a secure yet aesthetically pleasing environment.

Quince Orchard, Gaithersburg, MD: This 2,500-square-foot pediatric suite Was upgraded with new LVT flooring, fresh paint, and improved lighting.
