The MELVO RAD Renovation project involves a comprehensive level 2 renovation of 137 units across multiple locations in Washington, D.C. The project aims to upgrade these units to meet current market-rate standards and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS).
AMAR Group is serving as the Project Manager and soon-to-be Construction Manager for the MELVO RAD properties. The project includes extensive site modifications such as stormwater management, new public amenity spaces like playgrounds, pavilions, grilling areas, and enhanced landscaping. Interior renovations will bring the units to modern standards, ensuring functionality and comfort.
AMAR Group also prepared the Scope of Work, specifications for design and construction, preliminary cost estimates, and permit-ready documentation. The project is poised to deliver significant improvements in residential quality and community amenities, awaiting the commencement of the Construction Administration.
