DCity Smokehouse is a 7,544-square-foot restaurant designed by AMAR Group. The project involved a complete gut demolition and replacement of an existing structure to create a new commercial kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a bar, storage, and accessible restrooms. AMAR Group’s services included schematic design, finish boards, construction documents, permitting (DCRA, DOH, DCW), and construction administration.
